Spacious, easy-living brick barn conversion with many original features. Tastefully furnished with antique pine and stylish fabrics. 
Get away from it all with a DIGITAL DETOX and escape for a relaxing rural retreat on our working farm, in the Welsh Borders.

Exclusive use of the whole house, great fun games room with table tennis and darts board and a private river garden (small children beware). Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and land but must not enter farm buildings for their own safety. 

Central heating, lighting and logs for the woodburner are all included.

The open-plan rustic kitchen/dining area contains a large dining table, kitchen units made by a local craftsman, electric cooker and dishwasher. There is a utility room to kick off coats and boots and a downstairs loo.
Large living room with pine floor, comfy sofas, wood burning stove, CD/radio, TV. 
Upstairs, double bedroom overlooking the Dulas brook with ensuite loo, shower, basin. Second double bedroom with views of the fields, ensuite loo, basin. Twin bedroom with pine sleigh beds. Small double bedroom on curtained landing, three-quarter bed. Large bathroom with loo, bath, bidet, basin.
Cotton sheets, towels, bath mats provided.

There is something for everyone; go at your own pace with rustic living in beautiful countryside or enjoy various outdoor activities nearby: walking, canoeing and more. Relax in the river garden, have fun on the swings and in games room. Great views, open space, fresh air. Fantastic for groups and families. 
In the lively village of Ewyas Harold, just half a mile away, you'll find everything you need for your stay. There is a well-stocked village shop for groceries, two butchers, two great pubs and a fish & chip shop.
