In the heart of the Herefordshire countryside, our snug and relaxing barn offers the ideal setting for any occasion. The peaceful river garden beside the original watermill makes the perfect spot for whiling away an afternoon. We provide a barbecue, picnic table, table tennis and games.
A welcome hamper of local and home-grown seasonal produce awaits and delicious home-made meals are available (on request, at extra cost) if you don’t feel like cooking.
Cottage description and facilities
- The spacious, open-plan, rustic kitchen dining area, with units made by a local craftsman, contains all the appliances you could need.
- A utility room to kick off boots and coats and a downstairs loo.
- Large, relaxing sitting room with stripped pine floors, two comfy sofas and a wood-burning stove. TV, DVD, CD/radio. Double sofa bed in alcove.
- Large bathroom complete with loo, bath, bidet and basin.
- Two spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one overlooking the brook and the other with wonderful views to the top of the hill.
- Twin room with antique pine sleigh beds.
- Double bed on the landing.
